I like to think that I'm at least a marginally good cook. Here's some recipes that I've used.
An extremely easy, yet delicious, pasta dish. Can be spiced up by adding prosciutto, capers, croutons, or other ingredients of your choice.
There's nothing like a good pie. I used store-brought shortcrust pastry instead of making it, and served with beans and potatoes.
Probably not the most authentic, but provides a unique yet engaging flavour.
I really like sweet stuff, and this key lime pie is one of the tastiest things I've made. Since we don't have Hob Nobs in New Zealand, I used a local equivalent.
