Unimaginatively named (NNVH being short for New NoVov Header), and perhaps ill-conceived (viewers would be inclined to think that I'm a girl), this is a little scene that was designed to give visitors a little taste of what is to come upon entering my site. As it was too complex, I decided to uncermoniously scrap it a few months after its conception.

A quick sketch/reimagining of a creature that I invented during my childhood.

Another experiment in the vein of the cubes (see below) depicting a wall of some sort. If I remember correctly, the panels could slide out in a futuristic fashion.

Phil Fish might be an, ahem, controversial figure within the indie gaming community, but whatever your opinion of Mr. Fish, I still think Fez is a great game. This image contains the main character, Gomez, leaping into one of Fez's trans-dimensional levels.

Divided into five separately released acts (their long release schedule causing much consternation), Kentucky Route Zero is a narrative video game about the titular mysterious highway and the strange people who surround it. As the game centres around a journey (both literal and metaphorical), I decided that its in-game map was the perfect thing to base this vignette on.

Although the name sounds like an import from a Barbie set, the game has a lot more depth to it. My choice of art and composition reflects that.

Although Mel isn't an indie game, but rather a mod for a, well, very popular one, it is underrated. Therefore, I made an exception to this series' usual rule of promoting small creators. Although I still think it's good, since then my opinion of it has soured a bit, so I probably wouldn't make one today.
