Part of a Secret Santa I did. The original image I did contains some artistic nudity, so it's been cropped so it can be shared online. The armiger chose to depict her melusine with many breasts as a reference to Ephesian Artemis.
In heraldry, a console is a decorative frame surrounding the shield, so this is a play on words.
